Denver, CO — Oral Health Colorado (OHCO) has appointed three new members to its Board of Directors.  Greg Hill, Executive Director of Colorado Dental Association; Ted R. Mentry III, Vice President Business Banking Relationship Officer with UMB Bank; and Stephanie Rose, PhD, Assistant Professor in Women’s and Ethnic Studies at the University of Colorado, Colorado Springs, each bring important expertise to the Board.

  • Before joining the Colorado Dental Association, Hill was the Assistant Executive Director of the Kansas Dental Association, where he also served for 10 years as the Executive Director of the Kansas Dental Charitable Foundation, the parent organization of Kansas Mission of Mercy (KMOM).
  • Mentry’s background includes 11 years of commercial banking with a focus on real estate, dental, and non-profit organizations. Ted previously was an Ambassador with the Metro North Chamber of Commerce supporting small businesses and is a supporter of the Metro Denver Dental Society.
  • In addition to her position with University of Colorado, Dr. Rose is Senior Pastor at Ebenezer Baptist Church in Colorado Springs. She holds a B.A. and M.A. in English Literature and received her Ph.D. in American Studies from Purdue University and is active in Black Lives Matter in her community.

The mission of Oral Health Colorado (OHCO) is to develop and promote strategies that achieve optimal oral health for all Coloradans. The organization educates oral health coalitions and the public across the state about oral health issues.  OHCO is helping to increase access to comprehensive oral health care for all Coloradans and works with both the public and private dental communities to assure that providers are available.  An advocacy and public policy focused organization, OHCO also develops and supports public policy initiatives resulting in improved oral health for all Coloradans.
